LAVINIUM / LEGAL
Privacy Policy
Effective September 15, 2026
1. Who we are
Rocket growth LLC operates Lavinium and is responsible for the personal information covered by this policy. This policy covers our website, enquiries, meeting bookings and Lavinium Meeting Reminders SMS program. Separate agreements may apply to client projects.
Mailing address: 1401 Pennsylvania Ave, Ste 105A, PMB 7, Wilmington, Delaware 19806, United States.
For privacy questions or requests, email contact@lavinium.io.
2. Information we process
- Enquiries: your name, email address, company if provided, and message, so we can respond and discuss your needs.
- Meeting bookings: the details you enter in our Cal.com scheduling form, so we can arrange and manage your meeting.
- SMS reminders: if you choose to enroll, your mobile number, consent choice and relevant booking information, to manage the meeting reminder program and your preferences.
- AI chat: messages you submit and recent conversation context, to generate a response through OpenAI. The chat history in your browser is held in page memory and clears on reload; this does not mean that provider records are immediately deleted.
- Technical information: requests to the website include network information such as an IP address. Our form and chat code use a hashed IP address for temporary rate limiting to help prevent abuse. Hosting and service providers may also process technical logs.
Please do not submit passwords, sensitive personal information or confidential client material through the public enquiry form or chat.
3. Service providers
We use Vercel for website hosting, Resend for enquiry email delivery, Cal.com for scheduling and OpenAI for AI chat. Information needed for a feature is processed through the provider supporting that feature. Twilio is the intended provider for the SMS reminder program when enabled.
Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their privacy notices describe their processing practices: Vercel, Resend, Cal.com, OpenAI and Twilio. Contact us with questions about information processed through these services.
4. Mobile information and consent
Lavinium does not sell mobile phone numbers or SMS consent records. We do not share mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Consent is specific to Lavinium Meeting Reminders and is not transferred to another brand or marketing program.
Service providers supporting the delivery and operation of the reminder program may process the information needed to perform those services on our behalf. This does not authorize those providers to use your mobile information or consent for their own marketing.
The program is for United States mobile numbers only. Providing a phone number, booking a meeting or accepting website terms does not by itself constitute SMS consent. The SMS choice is separate and optional, and is not required to book a meeting.
See our SMS terms for the program’s scope, frequency, charges and withdrawal or help instructions.
5. Retention and security
Retention depends on the type of information, the service involved and applicable legal obligations. Enquiry emails, scheduling records and provider logs can have different retention arrangements. Contact us for information about a particular record or to request deletion; we will explain any applicable limits, including records needed to address a legal obligation or honor a messaging opt-out.
No website, email system or network transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid sending sensitive material through public website features.
6. Your choices and requests
You can choose not to provide optional information, use AI chat or enroll in SMS reminders. You may contact contact@lavinium.io to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, or to withdraw SMS consent. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. The rights and exceptions that apply depend on applicable law.
To withdraw from SMS reminders, reply STOP to a reminder or email us. For assistance, reply HELP to a reminder or contact the same email address. SMS delivery will begin only when the program is enabled; submitting an opt-in does not guarantee that reminders are currently available.
7. Policy updates
We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
