Legacy and modern systems
Existing applications rarely share the same interfaces, data models or access rules. We assess the APIs, databases and exports available, identify the connections that are missing and build software around the systems your team already depends on.
The work can include connecting an internal application to a newer platform, synchronizing records or replacing a repeated manual transfer with a traceable workflow. The right approach depends on the interfaces and permissions available.
Sensors, IoT and PLC data
Equipment signals are useful when they reach the people and software that need them. We assess how sensor and programmable logic controller (PLC) data can be collected, structured and connected with operational applications.
For example, a signal from equipment could feed an internal status view or a maintenance workflow. This is an illustrative integration pattern, not a claim about a completed client deployment. Access to equipment and any control changes require an agreed scope with the operating team.
Custom middleware and software
When existing products do not provide the connection, we build the missing layer: an API, data flow, workflow or internal tool. Middleware translates between systems, applies the agreed rules and makes failures visible so that people can act on them.
Data ownership, identity, access and traceability are part of the integration design. Applied AI can be included where it serves the workflow, with evaluation and human review; it is not a requirement for every integration.
Engineering inside the operation
We begin with the team using the systems: observe the operation, understand the friction, and structure data and access. We then build the missing connections and deploy alongside the team.
Documentation, handover and an agreed support scope help your team own what is delivered. We add hands-on engineering capacity to the people already responsible for the operation.
