1. Website and enquiries

These terms cover use of the Lavinium website and the Lavinium Meeting Reminders SMS program. Lavinium is operated by Rocket growth LLC.

Information on this website describes our services. Sending an enquiry or booking a meeting does not itself create a paid engagement. Project scope, fees, deliverables and other commercial commitments require a separate agreement.

2. Responsible use

Provide accurate contact information and use only a mobile number you are authorized to enroll. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access or submit unlawful content. Automated chat responses are informational and do not confirm prices, availability, bookings or contractual commitments.

3. Lavinium Meeting Reminders

Lavinium Meeting Reminders provides automated SMS reminders about meetings you book with Lavinium. The program is limited to United States mobile numbers and meeting reminders. SMS delivery will begin only when the program is enabled; submitting an opt-in does not guarantee that reminders are currently available.

• Optional consent: enrollment requires a separate affirmative SMS consent choice. Providing a mobile number or accepting these terms does not enroll you. SMS consent is optional and is not required to book a meeting.
• Frequency: message frequency varies based on your bookings.
• Charges: message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP to a reminder to withdraw consent, or email contact@lavinium.io with your request and the number to be removed. Withdrawing SMS consent does not itself cancel your meeting.
• Help: reply HELP to a reminder or email contact@lavinium.io for assistance.
• Delivery: delivery is subject to network and carrier availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on an SMS reminder as the sole record of your meeting time.

Your consent applies to this program only. It does not authorize unrelated marketing messages. Our Privacy Policy describes how mobile information and SMS consent are handled, including restrictions on sale and sharing for third-party marketing.

4. Scheduling and other services

The booking interface is provided through Cal.com. Review your booking confirmation for meeting details and available scheduling options. External websites and services may have their own terms and privacy notices.

5. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The effective date above identifies the current version. A change to these terms does not by itself grant consent for a different SMS program. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
